Wheelchair-users and their accompanying person may enter the stalls by both purchasing a ticket for the minimum amount for the performance requested. For operas and concerts, wheelchair-users and their accompanying person will be entitled to a reduced ticket for the 2nd Gallery, and reduced tickets for ballets. For information, purchase and collection of the above-mentioned reduced tickets, please contact the Box Office Management.

Access to the theatre is from Via Roma 4, where a stair lift is available.
In 2023, Fondazione Arena, with the support of Accessibility partner Müller, presented the Arena for All project for an even more accessible Festival. Multi-sensory paths, sensory and cognitive aids, inclusive materials and 1,500 extra seats for people with disabilities
